 During an exceptionally difficult time in my life I faced the horror all home owners fear; I was faced with foreclosure due to disability. I was also dealing with a very dishonest lone company and was literally days from losing my home when I met Joe. Joe was able to do what I thought would be impossible. He found a buyer in less then 5 days who was willing to close in 21 days. Unfortunately I couldn't save my house but Joe was instrumental in saving my equity. 10 out of 10, I would let Joe save my ass again. 

 I'm so thankful I stopped being stubborn! After I was denied for a loan modification, I ignored letters about refinancing, proposals from realtors and other companies trying to "help save" my home. As soon as Joe started talking to me I knew he was very honest. He let me know that he was almost positive he could sell my home as a traditional sale. He kept me informed every step of the way! Before I met Joe I seriously thought I would come home one day to a notice to vacate the property. I had lost hope and thought a forclosure was definately in my future. He helped me get out and save my credit. I walked away with $0 profit and I am thankful for not having a short sale! Thanks Joe for everything! 

 Joe was very helpful and kind. I would recommend him to anyone I know! Definitely the best realtor I've met with his knowledge of real estate. If you want the best and most honest hardworking individual, Joe is no doubt the person to go to!
